AI-Accelerated MVP: from unresolved idea to working product.

Move from an unresolved opportunity to a functioning product without months of unnecessary process — using agentic AI to multiply the work, while I stay responsible for architecture, product judgment, and production quality.

What you get

What the work covers.

Discovery and a short written scope

We identify the problem worth solving, the riskiest assumption, and the smallest product that proves it, and I write it down before building.

A working product, not a prototype

Full-stack implementation with the foundations a real product needs: authentication where required, data, deployment, analytics with consent, and search-ready pages.

AI used as a multiplier, not a substitute

Agentic AI accelerates research, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation. Every change is reviewed and verified; architecture and what ships remain human decisions.

Something you can keep running

Version control, documentation, and a deployment and rollback path, so the MVP can grow instead of being thrown away.

How it works

From first conversation to written scope.

  1. Talk it through

Send a note or book a 30-minute call. A finished specification is not required.

  2. Short written scope

I write a short scope based on our conversation: the problem, the approach, and what done looks like.

  3. Project or ongoing

A fixed-scope project or an ongoing arrangement, depending on need — alongside your team, independently, or both.

Proof

Where this comes from.

Cool Cat Games

A venue-entertainment platform — phones as controllers, venue TVs as the board — built with agentic AI accelerating implementation, testing, and documentation.

Bartenderz International

A complete online system that turns a guided questionnaire into a coordinated eight-document hospitality training package.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is included in an AI-accelerated MVP engagement?

It starts with a conversation and a short written scope. From there I take the product through specification, build, verification, and launch, and leave it documented and deployable. The exact scope is agreed in writing before work begins.

What does “AI-accelerated” actually mean?

I use AI coding agents to increase how much research, engineering, testing, and documentation can happen around a problem. It does not mean unreviewed, AI-generated code: I keep responsibility for architecture, product decisions, security, and production quality.

Do I need a finished specification first?

No. Part of the work is turning an idea, a persistent problem, or a product that has lost momentum into a clear scope.

How does an engagement start?

Send a note through the contact form or book a 30-minute call. You do not need a finished specification. After we talk, I write a short scope based on the conversation so we agree on the problem, the approach, and what done looks like before work begins.

Is it a fixed project or an ongoing arrangement?

Either, depending on what the situation needs. Some work is a fixed-scope project, such as building an MVP. Other work is an ongoing fractional CTO relationship. The written scope makes the choice explicit.

Do you work with an existing engineering team?

Yes. I can work alongside an existing team, build independently, or do both — for example, setting direction and standards for a team while personally delivering the parts that are blocking progress.
